6. Remove the clutch wires from the clutch, which are held in place with slotted screws (figure 3 and 4).

7. Loosen the fixed
idler on the mule drive belt, this is the lower right idler (figure 5). Mark the location
before removal to aid in re-installation later.

To remove the bolt holding the clutch to the engine you need to lock the engine by wedging a
screwdriver between the pinion of the starter and the flywheel (figure 6).
