1 ATM Power On/Off

ATM Power On

Open the upper front door. (①)

Press Power Switch (②) in the direction of “I”.

ATM Power Off

Press Power Switch (②) in the direction of “O”.

Security Door
Open

Safe Door Open

Open the Exterior door (①) using key.

Unlock the E-lock. (②)

Turn the safe door handle (③) and pull the door to
open.

E-lock Open (in case of Multiple-User Mode)

The factory default Master Code is 1 2 3 4 5 6. To open
the lock, enter 1 2 3 4 5 6 # then rotate the keypad to the
right if D•Drive or turn safe handle if any other model of
lock is installed.
<Note!>
The lock’s factory default code must be changed
to a unique. Refer to the operator manual for more.

Cash Replenishment
Caution:
The acceptable condition bills should be loaded
(Refer to Operator Manual)

Enter to Supervisor mode (Refer to
“8 OP Main Screen”)

Select “SETTLEMENT”

Submit “TRIAL CASSETTE TOTAL” to
show note count.
* To show note count and to clear note
count, submit “CASSETTE TOTAL”

How to add note count,
- Select “SETTLEMENT” (①)
- Select “ADD CASH” (②)
- Select the cassette to be added the
notes (A) (③)
- Enter the note count and then press
ENTER
key in PIN Pad. (If you want to add
the cash for other cassette, repeat from “A”)
- After completing, press “APPLY” button (④
).

Open the security door.

Pull out the cash cassette carefully.

Unlock the cassette cover using key (①).

Pull the push plate back until it is locked
against the push plate latch. (②) And then,
set the bills into the cash cassette.

Then, release the push plate from the cash
plate latch and allow it gradually to take up
its position behind the notes. (③)

Close the cassette cover with key, place
the cassette carefully on the set guide and push
it in the ATM until it is locked in place.
* The above description is based on 1000 new note
capacity cassette. For 2000 new note capacity
cassette, refer to operator manual.

Cash Replenishment Process

Initiate Cash Count

Enter Supervisor mode, select SETTLEMENT, submit TRIAL CASSETTE TOTAL to show note count.

Add Cash to Cassette

Select SETTLEMENT, ADD CASH, choose cassette, enter note count, press ENTER, then APPLY.

Load Notes into Cassette

Open security door, pull cassette, unlock cover, pull push plate, insert bills, release plate, close cover, reinsert cassette.

Receipt Paper Replenishment

Replenish Receipt Paper Roll

Remove roll guide, place roll, attach guide, feed paper end. Roll feeds automatically.

Note Jam Handling

Clear Note Jam

Enter OP Main, press CLEAR. If unresolved, power off, open door, pull dispenser, move belt to remove note.

Receipt Paper Jam Handling

Clear Receipt Paper Jam

Check for jammed paper, lift guide, remove paper, close cover, reinstall paper, test printer.

Device Reset Procedure

Reset ATM Devices

Enter OP Main screen and press the CLEAR key on the EPP to reset devices with errors.

Operator Main Screen Navigation

Access Supervisor Mode

Press ENTER, CLEAR, CANCEL, 1, 2, 3 keys. Use default password '555555'.
