Why is the overheating LED on in my Hyundai MIG-200?

The overheating LED might be on due to several reasons. First, verify the welding current and welding time, ensuring they align with the duty cycle requirements as detailed in the manual. Next, check if the fan is running during welding. If the fan isn't working, check its power supply (230V). If the power supply is normal, inspect the fan itself; if abnormal, check the power supply's connecting cable. Finally, the thermal switch might be damaged and need replacement.
