  If you notice a black welding spot when using your Hyundai Welding System, it may be due to the welding spot not being adequately protected from oxidation. Ensure that the valve or argon cylinder is open and has sufficient pressure. If the cylinder pressure is below 0.5Mpa, refill it. Also, verify that the flow meter is open with a flow of at least 5 L/min to ensure sufficient gas coverage. Check the torch for blockages. A non-airtight gas circuit or impure gas can also lower welding quality, as can powerful airflows in the welding environment.

The voltage between the positive and negative electrodes of the VH-07 insert component should be about DC308V from the power panel to the MOS board. Additionally, a broken circuit or poorly contacted silicon bridge may be the cause. Check for leaking high electrolytic capacitors (470UF/450V) on the power panel. If the green indicator in the auxiliary power of the MOS board is off, the auxiliary power is out of order, and you should contact the seller. Also, check for poorly contacted connectors and a broken torch control cable. For control circuit issues, identify the cause or contact the seller.

Also, check and tighten any loose cables from the switch to the power panel. Finally, avoid repeatedly opening and closing the power switch quickly. Then, try disconnecting the supply power plug of the main transformer on the MOS board (VH-07 insert near the fan) and restart the machine.
