Overview

The I-TECH Power Q-6000 Plus is a medical device designed for compressive limbs therapy, aiming to promote proper venous circulation and alleviate muscle tension caused by stress, chronic, or acute pains. It achieves this through a pump action that enhances venous return, increases tissue blood circulation, and supports physiological renewal. The device is also effective in addressing blood stagnation in damaged blood vessels or inadequately perfused body areas. By applying external compression, it facilitates the return of excess interstitial fluids to the circulatory system for efficient removal.

Function Description:

The Power Q-6000 Plus provides various therapeutic applications, including:

  • Body massage enhancement: Promotes relaxation and improves overall body comfort.
  • Blood flow promotion: Utilizes a slow and progressive pressure to stimulate blood circulation.
  • Lymphatic drainage: Aids in the removal of lymphatic fluid, reducing swelling and discomfort.
  • Lower limbs relief and comfort: Provides soothing relief for tired or aching lower limbs.
  • Prevention of substance stagnation: Helps prevent the accumulation of substances in peripheral tissues.
  • Prevention of blood insufficiency: Addresses issues related to inadequate pump action in the circulatory system.
  • Muscle tone loss prevention: Beneficial for disabled or paralyzed patients to maintain muscle tone. The device essentially substitutes manual massage for trophic purposes.

Usage Features:

The Power Q-6000 Plus is designed for both clinical and domestic use.

  • ON/OFF Switch: Located on the machine body for easy power control.
  • Air Discharge Output: Multiple outputs for connecting various applicators.
  • Graphic Display: An LCD graphic display provides visual feedback and control.
  • Mode Selector (1): Allows selection from various therapy modes (A1, A2, B, C, D1, D2, D3, D4, D5, D6).
    • A1: Air flows sequentially in compression chambers from lower limb to higher position, maintaining adjusted pressure.
    • A2: Air flows sequentially in compression chambers from upper limb to lower position, maintaining adjusted pressure.
    • B: Air flows in the first three chambers, then in the last three chambers (distal-proximal way) once adjusted pressure is reached.
    • C: Air flows sequentially in compression chambers from lower limb to higher position, keeping previous chambers swelled up.
    • D(1-6): Air flows in compression chambers until pressure regime is reached, then only in the selected compression chamber (D1 for chamber 1, D2 for chamber 2, etc.).
  • Speed Selector (2): Offers 8 speed levels (7-42 sec, 8-48 sec, 9-54 sec, 10-60 sec, 11-66 sec, 12-72 sec, 13-78 sec, 14-84 sec). Speed cannot be changed during treatment.
  • Timer UP/DOWN (3): Adjusts therapy time from 0 to 99 minutes in steps of 5 minutes.
  • Pressure Selector (4): Adjusts pressure from 0 to 240 mmHg (±10%) by rotating the knob clockwise. Air flow begins when pressure exceeds 10 mmHg.
  • START/STOP Selector (5): Initiates and pauses therapy. Pressing again stops the treatment.
  • Applicators:
    • Double Leggings (1): Length ~86 cm, Thigh circumference ~71 cm, Ankle circumference ~42 cm. Extensions (8) are available for wider circumferences.
    • Abdominal Band (4): Length ~136 cm, Height ~46 cm, Velcro height ~31 cm.
    • Armband (6): Max length ~86 cm, Biceps circumference ~50 cm, Wrist circumference ~36 cm.
    • Pressure Plantars (3): Inserted under the feet.
  • Connection Tubes:
    • 2 derivations connection tubes for leggings (2).
    • 1 derivation connection tubes for abdominal band (5).
    • 1 derivation connection tubes for armbands (7).
    • Always connect the longer tube to the higher position connector on the applicator (thigh for leggings, higher position for abdominal band/armband).
  • Single Output Use: When using only one output, the free output must be closed with the air stopped jack (included).
  • Simultaneous Use: Instructions are provided for simultaneous use of abdominal band and leggings, or armband and leggings, requiring specific tube connections.
  • Initial Treatment: It is suggested to start with 5-10 minutes of treatment and gradually increase. Start with a middle pressure and increase progressively.

Maintenance Features:

  • Regular Maintenance: The device does not require particular regular maintenance if used according to the user manual.
