Instructions for Models 800, 810, 825, 870, and 890
There is a hardware failure, or the system is not able to give configuration or hardware information. The
following tables give the CCIN numbers for the FRUs associated with processor and memory errors. See
Locations and addresses for the model you are working on. Use the FRU locations and failing items table
to find additional information, including the component on which the failing item resides, a link to the part
number information for that component, and a link to remove and replace instructions.
If the system is active, see the Service Action Log for further information and analysis on the hardware
failure. If the system is not active, and the SRC documentation sent you here, use the Unit reference code
in the following tables to identify the failing item. The tables include:
v Processor configuration for Models 800 and 810 (See page )
v Processor configuration for Model 825 (See page )
v Processor configuration for Models 870 and 890 (See page )
v Memory information for Models 800, 810, 825, 870, and 890 (See page )
v System backplane information for Models 800, 810, 825, 870, and 890 (See page )
v Clock card information for Models 870 and 890 (See page )
v Cache card information for the Models 870 and 890 (See page )
