Detach cover switch cable(suspend cable), shown as 1,
and microphone cable, shown as 2.

Gently push the upper case backward, as shown in step
1. And lift it up slightly, as shown in step 2. Then
release the latches, as shown in step 3 and step 4,
carefully to remove the upper case.
