Table 2 shows the general characteristics of the ServeRAID M5210 SAS/SATA controller
The controller ensures data integrity by intelligently validating the compatibility of the SAS domain. The controller
Fusion-MPT architecture allows for thinner device drivers and better performance.
3.2.1 Controller Specifications
Table 3 lists the specifications for the ServeRAID m5210 SAS/SATA controller.
J1B7 UART Header 4-pin Connector Provides access to an external UART dongle for serial
communications access to each of the internal processors
within the SAS3108 ROC.
NOTE Signaling levels are +1.8Vdc and need a special ongle
for the correct interface. UART pins are clamped to +1.8Vdc
on the controller to protect the ROC.
J4A1 Local Cache Offloader
