1. When each label has been completed and each cable identified,
fasten the appropriate signal cable labels to each end of the
cable:
a. Peel off the label.

b. Make sure the black bar on the label is positioned near the
connector end and properly aligned on the center of the
cable.

c. Fold the label over and press the ends together.
