  Your icetro Ice Maker might not be operating due to several reasons. Ensure the ice maker is properly plugged in. Check the breaker and reset it if it has tripped; if it trips again, contact an authorized service center. Verify that the switch is set to “ICE” and not “OFF”. Also, the ice maker will stop when the ice tank is full, and the ice detection sensor is activated. After removing ice, wait 15~30 minutes for it to resume operation.

  If the ice cubes from your icetro Ice Maker are too small, it could be because the ambient temperature is too high. Remember, the lower the ambient temperature, the bigger the ice will be, and vice versa. Also, check the water supply to ensure there is enough water in the tank. Inspect the water nozzle to see if it is clogged. If the ice thickness control does not work, please contact customer service center.

Why icetro A25B15 Ice Maker tank is not fully filled with ice cubes?

  The ice tank will be filled with ice after about 12 hours of operation. Make sure the drain pipe of the water tank is properly connected and clean the drain. Check the site where the product is installed - hot air should not be blown to the tank.
