Frequency
skip
function
When
you
want
to
skip
undesired
signals
that
inconveniently
pause
full
or
programmed
scan,
the
frequency
skip
function
is
available.
Push
[FUNC]
+
[(mA)MW]
while
scan
is
paused
on an
unde-
sired
signal.
The
frequency
is
programmed
into
the
highest
non-programmed
memory
channel
as
a
skip
frequency.
Skip
frequencies
are
subsequently
“skipped”
during
scanning.
Z
NOTE:
When
the
frequency
skip
function
is
turned
OFF,
Z
pushing
[FUNC]
+
[(mR)MW]
while
scan
is
paused
on
a
Z
signal
overwrites
the
frequency
as
a
regular
memory
(,
channel.

“ON,”
programmed
skip
scan

activated

full

pro-
grammed
scan
and
“SKIP”
appears
and
flashes
during
scanning.

set
the
condition
and
to
exit
set
mode.

resume
condition

The
resume
condition
can
be
selected
as
a
pause
or
timer
scan.
The
resume
condition
is
used
for
scan
and
priority
watch

24).
