Message
function
6-digit
alphanumeric
“messages”
can
be
transmitted
or
re-
ceived
together
with
the
pager
or
code
squelch
functions.
The
transceiver
has
6
message
memories
each
for
receive
and
transmit,
to
memorise
and
send
messages,
respectively.
There
are
2
methods
to
transmit
a
message:
manually,
or
au-
tomatically
with
preprogrammed
transmit
memories.

the
transceiver
for
pager
or
code
squelch
operation.

Remember
that
pager
code
programming,
etc.,
for
each
trans-
ceiver
in
the
group
is
necessary.
