Tester may be damaged and cause a safety hazard to the user.
CAUTION!
Improperly crimped, damaged or un
-crimped plugs can damage the ports
on the VDV II Pro
Tester. Inspect plugs for proper termination and
crimping before inserting into the tester. Contacts should always be
recessed into the
plastic grooves of the plug. Only use 8-Position plugs
with the 8
-Pin (DATA) port and 6-Position plugs with the 6-Pin (VOICE)
port.
