RESTART PROCEDURE - To restart boiler, turn mode knob to restart position and immediately turn knob back to required setting.

There is no Voltage from the Timer/Room Stat. This
is not boiler fault. Ensure Voltage is supplied to
boiler by rectifying external wiring.
