Why my Idex DC Drives motor will not operate?

If your Idex DC Drives motor isn't operating, first ensure that the correct voltage is applied to the motor power leads and check for any short circuits. Also, verify that the control power supply common is connected to the common lead. If the thermal limit is active, turn off the motor and allow it to cool. If the problem persists, reduce the motor load or improve cooling. If these steps don't resolve the issue, the motor may be damaged, consider contacting your Micropump Distributor or Micropump directly for a replacement.
