What to do if I lost the admin ID and password for my Idis DC-D3233HRX-N?
If you've lost your admin ID and password for your Idis Security Camera and can't connect, you'll need to perform a factory reset. Keep in mind that this will revert all settings, including network settings, to their factory defaults. As a precaution, make a note of the admin ID and password after the reset.
