1 cup basmati rice ,1 tsp
shahjeera or caraway
seeds ,1 black cardamom ,1
green cardamom ,2-3 black
peppercorns ,2 cloves ,1
inch cinnamon ,2 tsp
ghee ,2 cups water .
Wash and soak dal and rice for 30 minutes.
Mix all the ingredients, and cook by selecting the
menu.
Once done, remove the microwave safe rice
cooker and let it stand for 5 minutes.
Methi ( Fenugreek leaves) 1
