The pellets are not as much
as they should feed into the
combustion chamber, or less.
The pellet hopper is empty.
• Pellet Feeder is blocked by screw and / or sawdust
(dust).
• The engine is faulty.
• Defective electronic card
• Empty and refill the pellet hopper.
• Feed the Pellet Feeder through obstacles such as
chips.
• Replace the pellet feeder motor.
• Check the electronic board.
The pellets are stacked in the
combustion bowl, the cover
glass becomes dirty very
quickly, and the flames
appear weak.
• Insufficient combustion air.
• Pellets may be damp or unsuitable.
The fume extractor motor may be defective.
Check that the room is permanently edible with
clean air.
• Clean the combustion bowl and check that the air
vents are open.

The flue fan discharge motor

• The control panel may be broken.
Check the power supply phase and voltage.
• Check the motor capacitor and replace if
necessary.
• Replace the electronic motherboard.

The convection air fan
operates continuously.
• The temperature sensor is defective or defective
• The fan may be defective.
• Check engine operation and replace if necessary.
• Check sensor operation and replace if necessary.
The baked products are
burning.
• Improper use of shelves inside the oven
