13. PROBLEMS, CAUSES and SOLUTIONS
•Electrical failure or lack off
• Fuse blown.
• Broken Pressure switch
• Smoke exit or air passage through the
air ducts
• Check that the electrical socket and main switch
are in the working position.
• Check the fuse.
• Check the pressure switch.
• Clean smoke outlet and/or clean the smoke duct.
Stove fire in self off and / or the
stove stops automatically.
• The pellet hopper is empty.
• The pellet feeder does not work.
• The pellet temperature sensor is
malfunctioning.
• The door is not fully closed.
• Unsuitable pellet.
• Low pellet ratio
• The combustion chamber is dirty.
• Smoke outlet blocked
• Pressure switch cuts.
• Fume extraction engine failed.
• Fill the pellet hopper.
• Call technical service.
• Close the door or replace with original spare
parts.
• Use the type of pellets recommended by the
manufacturer.
• You have checked the fuel feed rate by the
technical service. Clean the combustion chamber
as indicated in the manual.
• Clean the smoke duct.
• Check if the smoke channel is blocked
Stove is working a few minutes
and then off
• The ignition cycle is not complete.
• There may be temporary failure in the
electricity supply.
• Ignition spark plug failure.
• The temperature sensors are defective
or defective.
• Smoke channel blocked
• Run the ignition cycle again (open close).
• Check the conditions above.
• Make sure the smoke channel is clean.
• Check the sensors and replace the sensors if
necessary.
• Check the plug and replace if necessary.
