1. UNLOADING
The device should be transported in vertical position, and it should be properly secured and packed. The manufacturer
ships the device on a special wooden platform, secured with cardboard angle sections and foil.
2. PROPERTIES OF THE DEVICE
2.1. Purpose
Cabinets produced by the “Igloo” company are enumerated between professional cooling and freezing cabinets.
They are aimed for short-lasting storage of food products. These devices are used in gastronomy entities, confec-
tioneries, coffee houses and store chains. Storing food products in cooled condition enables to maintain its taste,
smell and aesthetic values. Guaranteed temperatures within the display cabinets: cooling cabinets +2ºC/+8ºC;
medium-freezing (SM) cabinets -6ºC/-2ºC and freezing cabinets (M) -18ºC/-12ºC with surrounding temperature
between +15ºC and +25ºC and relative air humidity of up to 60%.
2.2. Description of the device
The cabinets are equipped with internal aggregate, placed in the lower part of the device. Cooling occurs as a result of
forced air circulation. It is also equipped with automatic defrosting and electronic thermostat optionally cooperating with
temperature recording module enabling to record and signal too low and too high temperature within the device. Depen-
ding on option, they may be equipped with automatic condensate evaporation. Depending on the type of the cabinet,
they may be divided into full cabinets, and glazed cabinets. Cabinets are equipped with 5 rows of net shelves with height
regulation. Our devices are made according to modern technologies and have all certifi cates required by law.
