The Form-Builder Tool
The Form-Builder tool is use to dene a eld data collection form.
To access the Form-Builder tool, on the Home page of IKE Ofce, go to Forms tab.
To create a new data collection form, click on the orange “Add” button.
Use Drag and Drop to add elements to the form.
