  If fogging occurs on the lens port of your Ikelite camera housing, it's likely due to humid air trapped inside. The camera produces heat, which can condense any trapped moisture, forming fog on the lens port. To resolve this: * Close the housing in an air-conditioned environment. * Avoid direct sunlight exposure for extended periods. * Use desiccant packs (moisture munchers) inside the housing. * Clean the main housing o-ring and sealing surface of the housing.

  If your camera isn't taking pictures inside the Ikelite housing, consider these possible causes and solutions: * Install a fully charged battery. * Ensure sufficient light for focusing; consider adding a focusing light or strobe. * Select a center focus point in your camera menu. * Return Zoom control to the “disengaged” position. * Make sure the camera is mounted properly in the housing and controls are out of the way. * Main housing o-ring is not seated properly. * Hotshoe cord is in the way. * Step Ring is not engaging housing gear properly.
