How to troubleshoot Image IMTL39105.0 if the power does not turn on?
    • M
      Miguel ColonJul 29, 2025
If your Image Treadmill's power doesn't turn on: * Ensure the power cord is plugged into a surge suppressor that's plugged into a grounded outlet. Use only a single-outlet surge suppressor meeting the specifications. The treadmill isn't compatible with GFCI outlets. * Make sure the key is fully inserted into the console after plugging in the power cord. * Check the reset/off circuit breaker on the treadmill frame near the power cord. If the switch protrudes, the breaker has tripped. Wait five minutes, then press the switch back in to reset it.

Why walking belt slows down when I walk on my Image IMTL39105.0 Treadmill?
    • D
      Danny MccoyAug 9, 2025
The walking belt might slow down due to overtightening, which reduces performance and may damage the belt. To resolve this: 1. Remove the key and unplug the power cord. 2. Use the allen wrench to turn both rear roller bolts counterclockwise, 1/4 of a turn. 3. Ensure you can lift each side of the walking belt 2 to 3 inches off the platform when properly tightened. Keep the belt centered. 4. Plug in the power cord, insert the key, and run the treadmill for a few minutes. If the walking belt still slows when walked on, see the front cover of this manual.

How to fix Image IMTL39105.0 Treadmill walking belt that is off-center or slips?
    • P
      Patrick CookAug 13, 2025
To fix an off-center or slipping walking belt on your Image Treadmill: * If the belt is off-center, remove the key and unplug the power cord. Turn the left rear roller bolt clockwise 1/2 turn if the belt is shifted to the left, or counterclockwise 1/2 turn if shifted to the right. Be careful not to overtighten. Plug in the power cord, insert the key, and run the treadmill for a few minutes. Repeat until centered. * If the belt slips, remove the key and unplug the power cord. Turn both rear roller bolts clockwise 1/4 turn. Ensure you can lift each side of the belt 2 to 3 inches off the platform when correctly tightened. Keep the belt centered. Plug in the power cord, insert the key, and carefully walk on the treadmill for a few minutes. Repeat until properly tightened.

How to recalibrate the incline on my Image Treadmill?
    • R
      Robert MartinezAug 19, 2025
To recalibrate the incline on your Image Treadmill, insert the key into the console, then press one of the Incline buttons. While the incline is changing, remove the key. After a few seconds, reinsert the key. The treadmill will rise to the maximum incline level and then return to the minimum level. This process recalibrates the incline system.

Why Image IMTL39105.0 does not count my steps accurately?
    • D
      David WilliamsAug 25, 2025
For accurate step counting on the Image Treadmill, maintain correct walking form. Keep a steady pace, uniform stride length, and consistent position. Lighter users may reduce the incline or increase the walking belt speed. Always walk at a comfortable speed. The treadmill, like other step counting devices, might not count the first few steps or may occasionally miss a step.
