How to fix Image Treadmill when the power does not turn on?
    • S
      Stephanie BassAug 12, 2025
If your Image Treadmill doesn't turn on, ensure the power cord is plugged into a surge suppressor that meets the specifications described on page 11 and that the surge suppressor is plugged into a properly grounded outlet. Note that the treadmill is not compatible with GFCI-equipped outlets. Also, make sure the key is fully inserted into the console. Finally, check the reset/off circuit breaker located on the treadmill frame near the power cord. If the switch protrudes, the circuit breaker has tripped. To reset it, wait five minutes, and then press the switch back in.

What to do if Image Treadmill walking belt is off-center or slips?
    • V
      Vanessa RamirezAug 25, 2025
To fix an off-center or slipping walking belt on your Image Treadmill, first remove the key and unplug the power cord. If the belt has shifted left, turn the left rear roller bolt clockwise 1/2 turn; if it has shifted right, turn the left bolt counterclockwise 1/2 turn. If the belt slips, turn both rear roller bolts clockwise 1/4 turn. Ensure you could lift each edge of the walking belt 2 to 3 inches off the walking platform. Then, plug in the power cord, insert the key, and run the treadmill for a few minutes. Repeat until the belt is centered and properly tightened.

Why does my Image IMTL59105.1 walking belt slow down when I walk on it?
    • J
      Jason ThompsonAug 30, 2025
To address a walking belt that slows down when you walk on your Image Treadmill: * Ensure you're using a single-outlet surge suppressor that meets the specifications described on page 11. * If the walking belt is overtightened, remove the key and unplug the power cord. Use an allen wrench to turn both rear roller bolts counterclockwise 1/4 of a turn. When correctly tightened, you should be able to lift each edge of the belt 2 to 3 inches off the platform. Keep the belt centered. Then, plug in the power cord, insert the key, and run the treadmill for a few minutes. Repeat until properly tightened.
