PROCEDURE TO REQUEST SERVICE
Before requesting a warranty service make sure you have followed the installation
guide outlined in this manual.
Equipment service requests should be made as follows:
Contact Imbera’s technical support department at 1.866.548.5770
When requesting a service call, it is mandatory that the customer provides the
following information:
Company Name - Owner
Full Address (City, state, zip code) - site
Telephone and Contact Name – at site & of owner
Serial #
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
In addition to supporting the Imbera product warranty, the Imbera USA Service
Department also offers:
Warranty extension service agreements
Preventive maintenance service agreements
Sale of original spare parts
IMPORTANT NOTES
Imbera has no responsibility for accidents or damage suffered as a result of
inadequate wiring, overloads and lack of ground wire, misuse of equipment, lack of
training, etc.
This warranty does not cover expenses incurred for freight, transportation, shipping,
etc. generated by sending the refrigerator or part thereof for repair and return to the
client.
