D.h.w. Phase
Heating Phase
Powering the circulator and 3-way valve motor
e integrated board powers the boiler circulator and the electric
3-way valve, the valve is put into the heating position.

3-way valve, the valve is put into the d.h.w. position.
Switching on
Turn the main boiler selector switch “ON”
CAR selector on Winter
Main Remote Control selector switch on “Winter
Enabling the integrated board and CAR (Remote Control)
When the contacts of the main selector switch close the
integrated board and Remote Control are both enabled
CAR Request
CAR detects the conditions that require operation in the central
heating mode
Switching on
Turn the main boiler selector switch “ON”
CAR selector on Summer
Main Remote Control selector switch on “Summer” or “Winter
Enabling the integrated board and CAR (Remote Control)
When the contacts of the main selector switch close the
integrated board and Remote Control are both enabled

Controlling the flue pressure switch contacts
e integrated board verifies switching of the flue pressure switch contact when the fan works (normally open contact NO)

e integrated board verifies the correct position of the flue pressure switch (normally closed contact NC)
Closing of the system pressure switch micro
When the pressure in the primary circuit is higher than the minimum cutoff pressure it causes the contact of the system pressure switch
to close

When enabled by the overtemperature safety thermostat the integrated board powers the gas valve coils.
