  If your Improvements Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaner isn't turning on and the touch panel lights are off, first, ensure the power cord is properly plugged into a 120V AC power outlet. Check that the circuit breaker is working. If it still doesn't work, unplug the unit for 5 minutes, then plug it back in. You can also try another power outlet. If the problem persists, it is recommended to call customer service at 1-888-574-3662.

  If the steamer on your Improvements Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaner isn't steaming, make sure there's water in the tank and that the cap is securely tightened. Also, ensure the control panel lights are on and the steam on/off button is pressed. Allow 3-4 minutes for steam pressure to build up, and double-click the steam-ready button. Calcium and mineral deposits can impact steamer performance, so use distilled water if necessary.

  If the UV light on your Improvements Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaner isn't working, first ensure the control panel lights are on and that you have pressed the UV light button. Check that the UV side door is completely closed. Make sure the UV light hasn’t come loose during handling and shipping. Open the UV side door and remove the protective cover by pulling outwards firmly. Ensure the UV light is installed in the socket and securely locked in place. To check if your UV light is locked into place, gently tap the UV light outward with your finger. If the UV light slides out of the socket, it has loosened during transportation. To reinstall, line up its prongs with the slots on each side of the socket. Push the UV light straight back into the sockets and then rotate 90 degrees until you hear a c...
