Use of the computer
The computer comes on when you start
treading the footpedals around.
The computer switches off automatically
when the crosstrainer has been inactive for
around 4 minutes.
Functions
A cursor at the top of the screen indicates the
current display. Press the MODE button to
move through the following displays.
TIME
Displays the time spent on the
current exercise session
SPEED
Shows the current speed up
to 99.9 kph or mph.
DISTANCE
Shows the trained distance up
to 999.9 km or miles for the
current training session.
CALORIES
Shows the estimated calorie
consumption up to 9999
kcal for the current training
session
ODO
Shows the trained distance
up to 9999 km or miles for all
training sessions.
PULSE
Displays your pulse rate in
beats per minute when you
hold the pulse sensors on
both sides of the handlebar
simultaneously.
SCAN
Automatically switches
between the diff erent displays
every 4 seconds
If you have chosen the SCAN display, you can
keep the display in the current parameter by
pressing the MODE button once.
You can reset the computer by removing the
batteries or pressing and holding the MODE
button for around 3 seconds.
If your computer does not display all
segments of the display properly, remove
the batteries and wait 15 seconds before
reinserting.
If the segments of the display become weak,
or if your computer does not turn on when
you start using the equipment, replace the
batteries.
Cleaning and maintenance
Wipe the equipment down regularly with a
well-wrung cloth.
Check the condition of the crosstrainer
regularly and tighten any bolts, screws and
nuts as necessary.
Remove the batteries if the crosstrainer is not
going to be used for a prolonged period.
