This document describes a cooker with a multifunction oven and ceramic hob, specifically models K 3C0 M/R and K 3C7 M/R. It provides instructions for installation, use, and maintenance in multiple languages, including Italian, English, French, Russian, and Czech.
Function Description
The cooker features a multifunction oven and a ceramic hob. The oven offers five cooking functions:
- Static Oven (1): This mode uses both upper and lower heating elements, providing consistent heat distribution. It's ideal for slow-cooked meat dishes, casseroles, and baked goods like biscuits and tarts. For optimal results, use only one rack at a time.
- Fan Oven (2): In this mode, both heating elements and a fan operate, ensuring uniform heat distribution throughout the oven. This allows for simultaneous cooking on two racks, making it suitable for dishes like lasagna, roasted chicken with potatoes, and various baked goods. It can also be used for defrosting meat, fish, or bread at lower temperatures (50-100°C).
- Grill (3): This function uses only the central part of the upper heating element, providing intense, direct heat. It's designed for grilling small portions like toast, frankfurters, and thin cuts of meat, creating a crispy surface while keeping the inside juicy.
- Double Grill (4): This mode utilizes the entire surface of the grill element, providing more extensive grilling coverage. It's suitable for evenly browned dishes and larger cuts of meat. The rotisserie motor (if present) also operates in this mode.
- Ventilated Double Grill (5): This combines the full grill with the fan, offering rapid grilling with even heat distribution. It's excellent for grilling large pieces of meat or poultry, kebabs, sausages, and fish steaks, as well as for browning dishes at the end of cooking. The rotisserie motor (if present) also operates.
The ceramic hob features radiant electric heating zones located beneath the glass surface. These zones glow red when active. An indicator light (B) signals when the temperature of a cooking zone exceeds 60°C, even after it has been turned off.

General Oven Usage Tips:
- Always preheat the oven for 10-15 minutes before baking cakes.
- Avoid opening the oven door during baking to prevent cakes from sinking.
- For grilling functions (3, 4, 5), always keep the oven door closed to achieve optimal results and save energy.
- When grilling, place the grid on the highest rack and a dripping pan on the lowest rack to collect fats.
- For cooking on multiple racks with the fan oven (function 2), use the two middle rack heights (levels 2 and 4 from the bottom) to ensure even cooking.
Ceramic Hob Usage Tips:
- Use pots and pans with perfectly flat bottoms to ensure optimal heat distribution and prevent damage to the hob.
- The diameter of the cookware should match the size of the cooking zone to maximize heat utilization.
- Ensure the bottom of the cookware is dry and clean to maintain good contact and prolong the life of both the hob and the cookware.
- Do not use cookware previously used on gas burners, as the heat from gas can deform the pan bottom, leading to poor results on the ceramic hob.
Electric Plate Usage Tips (if applicable):
- Similar to ceramic hobs, use flat-bottomed cookware with a diameter at least equal to the plate's diameter to prevent heat loss and damage.
- The plates have different power settings (0-6) for various cooking needs, from simmering to rapid boiling.
- A green pilot lamp (H) indicates when an electric plate is active.
Maintenance Features
General Cleaning:
- Disconnect the cooker from the power supply before any cleaning or maintenance.
- Enamelled parts and self-cleaning panels: Clean with warm water and non-abrasive detergents.
- Stainless steel parts: Use specific stainless steel cleaning products to avoid scratching.
- Control panel: Clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive products.
Ceramic Hob Cleaning:
- The hob surface should be cleaned after each use, once it has cooled down.
- Use a damp cloth and a mild detergent. For stubborn stains, use a specific ceramic hob cleaner (e.g., CERAfix, HOB BRITE, SWISSCLEANER).
- Do not use abrasive sponges or harsh chemical cleaners.
- For burnt-on food, use a special scraper.
- Aluminum foil or plastic that melts onto the hot surface should be removed immediately with a scraper to prevent permanent damage.
Oven Light Replacement:
- Disconnect the cooker from the mains.
- Unscrew the bulb cover.
- Replace the bulb with a new one (300°C resistant, 230/240 V, 25W, E14 type).
- Reconnect the cooker to the power supply.
Important Safety Precautions:
- This appliance is intended for domestic use only.
- Ensure proper electrical installation by a qualified technician, including an efficient earthing connection.
- Do not allow children to touch the hot oven door during cooking.
- Always ensure control knobs are in the "O" or "0" position when the appliance is not in use.
- Do not place hot containers or flammable materials in the food warmer drawer.
- If the cooker is placed on a pedestal, ensure adequate measures are taken to prevent it from slipping.
