Telemetry
The Smart Control Installer Application will present information about the telemetry
being read from the device, specifically Cable State, Charging Mode, Device CT clamp
and House CT clamp information:
A representation of the platform receiving telemetry, along with a potential issue
where no telemetry is being read from the Charger.
