Warranty
INFICON warrants your Wey-TEK to be free from defects of materials or
workmanship for two (2) years from date of purchase. INFICON does not warrant
items that deteriorate under normal use, including batteries. INFICON does not
warrant any instrument that has been subjected to misuse, negligence or accident
or has been repaired or altered by anyone other than INFICON.
This warranty is a replacement warranty for two (2) years. INFICON will not repair
a unit within the warranty period. Out of warranty repair can be arranged by
returning the unit to your local distributor.
The following error readings apply only when the Wey-TEK weighing
platform is used with the control handpiece (not the Charging Module).
Low Battery The battery voltage in
the control handpiece
is running low.
You may continue to
use the scale for a
short period of time,
but replace the battery
soon.
Low Battery – flashing The battery voltage in
the control handpiece
is running very low.
Finish the current
operation and change
the battery
immediately.
Change Battery The battery voltage is
too low to run the
scale. If in operation,
the scale will shut off.
Replace the battery
and turn scale back
on.
