PROSPEC/JBL LIMITED WARRANTY

YEAR
PARTS/LABOR
ProSpec (the Company) warrants to the original purchaser
of
the ProSpec/JBL product or any part thereof proves to be defective within
1 YEAR from the date
of
purchase, it will be repaired
or
replaced (at company discretion), without charge to the owner.
To
obtain repairs or replacements within the terms
of
this warranty, the product shall be returned, prepaid shipping to the Company, at the
address shown below.
This warranty does not extend to the elimination
of
static
or
motor noise, correction
of
antenna problems, costs incurred in the removal
or
reinstallation
of
the unit, or damage to CDs, tapes, speakers, accessories or electrical systems. This warranty does not apply to any product
or part thereof which has been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, accident or to a product which has been used in violation
of
the operating instructions. Exposure to excessive moisture and direct spray may void warranty. ProSpec strongly recommends the use
of
a cover and housing. When radio is not in use, store face plate in a safe, dry area.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY IS LIMITED

DURATION OF
THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY; IN

EVENT SHALL THE
COMPANY
BE
LIABLE
FOR
ANY INCIDENTAL
OR
CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES
OR
LOSSES
RESULTING
FROM
THE
USE
OR
INABILITY
TO
USE
THIS PRODUCT.
The
warranty gives you specific legal rights which vary from state to state. Some states do
not allow the exclusion or limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
