PROGRAM
Your
ProSpec/JBL
producl is guaranteed against failure for one year from the date
of
purchase. Beyond the first year, the
company will repair
or
replace a defective unit with a new
or
reconditioned model for a single flat rate charge, as specified
below, regardless
of
the cost to
ProSpec/JBL. The only exclusion to this repair guarantee is obvious negligent exposure to
water, corrosion and other abuse, wherein the repair charge may be slightly higher.
It
is not necessary to return the warranty
card,
or
send any money to activate this guarantee. The only time any
pa
yment is due is i
fthe
model becomes defective.
If
this
should occur, return the unit, prepaid, to the address listed below accompanied
by
a copy
of
your sales receipt
or
other
proof
of
purchase,
and"a
check
or
money order (do not send cash)
pa
yable in
US
currency, payable to
ProSpec
Electronics, Inc., In
the amount shown in the schedule below for your units model number,
ProSpec will analyze all
of
the units performance
levels and functions, and,
at
its discretion, repair
or
replace the unit and return it prepaid (continental
US
only).
If
the unit is
a discontinued model and needs to
be
replaced, it will
be
replaced with a
unit
having similar features and performance.
