Maintenance
► Before maintaining the air lter, verify the power cable is
unplugged, then allow the projector to cool sufciently.
►Only use the specied air lter. Do not use the projector without an air lter or
the lter cover. It could result in a re or projector malfunction.
►Clean the air lter periodically. If the air lter becomes clogged by dust or
the like, internal temperatures rise and could cause a re, burns or a projector
malfunction.
WARNING
• Reset the lter time only after you have cleaned or replaced the air
lter in order to maintain accurate air lter information.
• The projector may display a message such as the “CHECK THE AIR FLOW”
or turn off the projector to prevent the projector from overheating.

Put the lter cover back into the place.

Turn the projector on and reset FILTER TIME in the EASY MENU.
(1) Press the MENU button to display a menu.
(2) Highlight FILTER TIME using the ▲/▼ cursor buttons, then press the ►
cursor (or the ENTER / the RESET) button. A dialog will appear.
(3) Press the ► cursor button to select OK on the dialog. It resets the lter
time.
