Please make sure the following requirements are met to
download the apps smoothly:
-Your IOS devices must be running IOS 11 or above to
download the app.
-Your Android devices must be running Android 5.0 or
above to download the app.
Press the button to turn on Bluetooth; press the button
again to turn off Bluetooth. You would see the Bluetooth
icon flashing at a frequency of 2Hz, which means the
application is searching to connect. When the Bluetooth
icon is off, Bluetooth is disconnected.
