Training courses
Perfectly prepared for V6 with the V6 update training course
In general the contents of all innovaphone training courses will be orientating themselves on V6. The
V6 update training course is recommended for all those who are already trained and would like to
bring themselves up to date. The iCE update training course for Version 6.0 is provided especially for
iCEs who wish to extend their knowledge to include Version 6.0 innovations. A short summary of the
training course contents:
: Structure and design of the new web interface
: Hardware development IP110, IP230 and IP1200
: New functions on IP200 and IP230
: HOT Desking (Recording function, configuration of function keys, revised call pick up function)
: innovaphone Voice-Mail (concept and design, installation on a web server, installation of mail
boxes, message waiting on the telephone, using the mailbox)
: Session Initiation Protocol (Theoretical foundation to SIP, differences to H.323, registering a SIP
telephone to the innovaphone PBX, SIP and NAT, registering innovaphone gateways to a SIP
provider)
: Extensions in the innovaphone PBX (New innovaphone PBX objects, open calling number plan
for master/slave PBX operation)
The one day V6 training course costs 300€ and takes place in the innovaphone training centre in
Hanover (Isernhagen). To participate, the participant must have attended either the innovaphone iCE
basic or the innovaphone iCE advanced training course. The number of participants is limited to a
maximum of 10 participants – so grab the chance! You can find an overview of all the training course
