  Your Inrico Radio might not be able to connect to the network for several reasons. Ensure your SIM card has a balance and isn't in arrears. If the mobile network is unavailable, select the SIM card network and contact your operator to activate the cellular network. In areas with poor signal, try reinserting the SIM card or using a different one, and move to an area with a better signal, such as near a window.
