Standard Accessories (Thermo Grip Cover)
The Insta360 X4 can record videos at a high resolution, up to 8K30fps. Recording at a
higher resolution requires more power, which may cause the camera to heat up and feel
hot. If you are recording 8K video for a long time, it is recommended to use the Thermo
Grip Cover, which reduces the camera's surface temperature and makes it more
comfortable to hold.
Note: Not recommended for skiing, water sports, motorcycling, cycling, and other
sports.
