How to make my Instant INFUSION BREW PLUS coffee stronger?
    • J
      jwilsonAug 16, 2025
If your coffee is too weak, there are a few potential causes. You may have selected the classic brew setting; for a stronger flavor, try choosing the bold setting. Also, consider the coffee roast you're using; a lighter roast can result in weaker coffee, so use a darker roast instead. Finally, ensure you're adding enough ground coffee.

      xacostaAug 19, 2025
If your coffee is coming out too strong, it could be due to the bold brew setting being selected. Try the classic brew setting by pressing the button to turn off Bold brew. Alternatively, the coffee roast might be too dark; try using a lighter roast or using fewer grounds.

How to fix sediment in Instant Coffee Maker coffee?
    • S
      susan39Aug 22, 2025
If there is sediment or grounds in your coffee, it could be because the coffee grind is too fine; try using a slightly coarser grind, as finely ground coffee can clog the filter holder. For best brewing results, use a medium-grind coffee. Also, ensure either the permanent filter or a paper filter is in place when brewing. Finally, using too many grounds can cause the filter holder to overflow; once cooled, clean out the filter holder and refill using the appropriate amount of coffee (1 scoop per cup).

Why won't my Instant INFUSION BREW PLUS brew cycle start?
    • C
      Cody MurphyAug 28, 2025
If the brew cycle isn't starting, first ensure the coffee maker is turned on and the display is illuminated. If there are no lights, try a different outlet. Next, check that the coffee maker lid is closed and that there is water in the removable water reservoir. Also, make sure the carafe is in place; the brewer will not dispense coffee if the carafe is not there. Note that as part of the pre-infusion process, the brew will start, pause briefly, and then continue.

Why did the carafe overflow in my Instant INFUSION BREW PLUS?
    • V
      vanessashawAug 31, 2025
Carafe overflow during the brewing cycle can occur if the carafe wasn’t empty before brewing, so make sure the carafe is empty. Another reason is if the water reservoir was filled above the MAX line. Only add water to the MAX line (60 oz) additional water to the reservoir after a brew or cleaning cycle has already started.
