With the same setup as for Q power press
the amplitude pedal on the footswitch and
place the ‘paper test load’ on to the end of
the hand piece tip
Apply light loading pressure and continue
to slowly increase the pressure until the
amplitude display falls to 10 or 20%
(stalls) and the power reading on the
Yokogawa reaches a maximum value
Record the maximum value
The frequency reading should remain
between: 35.55 to 35.95 kHz before stalling
