      If you are not getting sound with a certain signal format, and you are listening to Dolby Digital and/or DTS sound, a digital connection is necessary. Check the digital input terminal setting. If the connection is different from the default, re-setting is necessary. Also, check the digital audio output setting on the connected component. On some game consoles, such as those that support DVD, the default setting is OFF.

      If your Integra Receiver won't turn on, ensure all speaker cables and input sources are properly connected. Disconnect the power cord for 1 hour, then reconnect and try turning it on again. If it turns off again, unplug the power cord and contact your Integra dealer.
