If the GFCI/RCD circuit breaker has tripped, reset it. If it repeatedly trips, turn off the breaker and consult an electrician. Also, the motor may be too hot; allow it to cool down.

Clean the cartridge more often if the pool is excessively dirty. Ensure the nozzle is at the upper position of the pool inlet and the strainer at the lower position of the pool outlet.
