Periodic Maintenance Chart
(following pages 32-33)
Careful periodic maintenance will keep your vehicle in the
safest, most reliable condition. Inspection, adjustment and
lubrication of important components are explained in the
periodic maintenance chart.
Inspect, clean, lubricate, adjust and replace parts
as necessary. When inspection reveals the need for
replacement parts, use only genuine Intimidator parts
available from your authorized dealer.
Maintenance intervals in the following chart are based upon
average riding conditions and an average vehicle speed of
approximately ten miles per hour. Vehicles subject to severe
use must be inspected and serviced more frequently.
Severe Use Definition
• Very cold or hot weather operation
• Prolonged low speed, heavy load operation
• Frequent or prolonged operation in dusty
environments
• Frequent immersion in mud, water or sand
If your vehicle falls under the Severe Use definition,
perform all maintenance at intervals more frequent than
stated on the chart.
