Evacuation for the whole system

Procedure:
1. Confirm that the 2- and 3-way valves are opened.
2. Connect the vacuum pump to the 3-way valve’s
service port.
3. Evacuate the system for approximately one hour.
Confirm that the compound meter indicates
-0.1 MPa (14.5Psi).
4. Close the valve (Low side) on the charge set and turn
off the vacuum pump.
5. Wait for 5 minutes then check whether the gauge
needle moves after turning off the vacuum pump. If
the gauge needle moves backward, check whether
there is gas leakage.
6. Disconnect the charge hose from the vacuum pump.
7. Mount the caps of service port and 2- and 3-way
valves.
8. Use a torque wrench to tighten the caps to a torque
of 18 N.m.
