5. Technical problems:
Cause:

There was a power cut and the supply was
shut down automatically for security
reasons.
Restart the appliance and set the dial to “granules”.

The granule
feed screw is
blocked
The LED remains off after turning the dial.
 Check that the main switch is on
 and that the appliance is connected to the electrical supply
 Contact the installer
Granules may have built up and blocked the
feed screw in the distribution tube. Possible
causes:
 Recommended maintenance may not
have been carried out (cf. page 12)
 The crucible may be incorrectly
positioned in its holder
 The crucible seal may be damaged.
 The hearth door seal might be
damaged
 Keep the stove turned off, do not make a log fire and contact a
qualified professional to unblock the feed screw:
o Turn off the main power switch and disconnect the power
cable
o Carry out maintenance operations N°1 and N°2 (page 17)
o Combine
 the rotation of the screw with manual action on the
gear motor
 free granules blocked in the screw by accessing them
from the combustion chamber
Info: the size and type of granules may affect the feed supply. But in general this has no significant effect on operation of the stove. Nevertheless, it is possible for a
qualified service professional to adjust for the size and type of granules.
