Lighting is “manual” and thus requires attention.
It is important to check whether flames are present once lit: if there no flames, and the wood starts to smoke, the
stove should be stopped.
Keep an eye on the stove for around 30 minutes until certain that it is operating correctly with an automatic supply of
granules.
First use:
 First use: Set the rear power switch to “ON”
 Lighting when using granules:
o Set the airflow regulators to “Granules” (see diagram page 11)
o Place some crumpled paper (avoid glossy paper) or “fire-lighters” on the grid and a handful of granules, turn the dial clockwise to
minimum. Light the fire and close the hearth door. It may be useful to leave the hearth door open slightly while lighting, but
the appliance should remain under supervision.
o After several minutes, check that the granules are alight.
o Choose the output level required using the dial = see below
 Setting the type of granules: Set the dial to the “ON” position. To increase output, turn the dial clockwise (see diagram below). When the
dial is fully open, power output is 6kW.
 Green ON = granule feed is operational
OFF = stove is off

 Red ON = granule feeder is working
OFF = granule feeder screw is blocked
