Common Troubleshooting
1.The machine does not work
Power is not connected
Connect the power supply and
turn the ON/OFF button to ON.
Pause and wait for the machine
to rest for 30 minutes.
COLD mode only works after the
machine is completely cooled.
Continuous use for more than
30 minutes
Select cold mode, but the
machine overheats
A mismatch between pouch
type and mode switch
(COLD/HOT)
Use HOT mode for hot
laminating pouches( dual-side,
included in package), and
COLD mode for cold laminating
pouches(single side, NOT
included).
Insert the laminating pouch
from the sealed edge straightly
into the laminator.
Wait 3-5 minutes until the
Ready green indicator lights up
before laminating.
Keep the cutter firmly against
the finger guard and cut down
quickly.
The corner rounder is stored at
the rear bottom of the machine,
if you cannot find it, please
contact us.
Laminating pouch inserted in
wrong direction
Insufficient heating time
The cutter is too far away from
the finger guard when cutting
The corner rounder is not
individually packaged
2. Winkle or air bubbles
appear during lamination
3. The cutter cannot cut off
the paper
4. Missing corner rounder
