Instruction for GEM45 board replacement

Main board and RA board
1. Remove the two screws and take off the cover
2. Pull out the RA board carefully.
3. Carefully disconnect the wire harness from the
RA board.
4. Remove the screws and then remove the motor
5. Disconnect the wires from the main board and
remove the main board carefully.
6. Put in a new main board and connect the wires.
7. Put the motor back and install the three screws.
Make sure the belt is properly tightened. If
necessary, adjusted the three screws to make
the belt with proper tension (it can flex about 3
mm when press the middle of the belt).
