3. Remove Latitude Range Locking Bolt
4. Adjust the mount so that the hole on the brass Latitude Adjustment ball are aligned to 56°~90°
5. Insert Locking Bolt into 56°~90° and fine adjust the Latitude Adjustment Knob so the bolt will go
through the brass ball and threaded into the hole on the other arm of the RA base.
