Using Your Phone
Voicemail
Call Record
NB. Requires a voicemail box and ex key to be
programmed (see programming a ex key secon for
more details). You are required by Law to nofy callers
you may record calls.

Recording Your Greeng
Acvang Your Voicemail
Allows you to record your external conversaons,
the recording is then sent as a new voicemail mes-
sage to your voicemail inbox.
Whilst on an acve call to an external number, press
the ex key labelled ‘RECORD’. Once you hang up,
you retrieve the recording from your voicemail inbox
Press ‘TRANS
Press the ex key you wish to program
Press ‘TRANS’
Dial 80
Press ‘HOLD’ to store
Dial 650
Enter the extension number followed by password
*NB. The voicemail will advise you to enter password
but you MUST dial your extension number rst.*
*Access your voicemail as detailed above*
Dial 8
Dial 2
Enter new password followed by #
*Access your voicemail as detailed above*
Dial 8
Dial 1
Dial 7
Record your greeng, when nished press ‘HOLD’
To listen back to your greeng dial 5
Dial 554 followed by either:
1 650 - Immediate voicemail forward (automacally
diverts call to voicemail)
4 650 - Busy/No Answer (Only forwards calls when
you are on the phone
To deacvate voicemail dial 554#
